Patches's Story
I'm Patches, a five month old calico female. A wonderful person rescued me from the outside in early January before the terribly cold weather came along. Thank goodness! Who knows what would have happened to me. There were two others and one is already adopted. Sandy, my sister is way more shy than me and still available too. I'm a little shy at first, but warm up and love cuddles.

My purring is off the charts. Did I tell you how beautiful I am, and soft? That's why you'll just want me to sit on your lap so you can pet your stress away. My golden eyes will make you melt. I'll be best with another cat or with someone that can spend time with me. I like attention and some activity. It will take me a few days to adjust to my new environment like most cats. If you feed me churros, I'll love you forever. It is time for me to go to my furrever home. Are you ready for me?

I've been spayed, microchipped and updated on vaccines. I'm currently with a foster. To set up a meet and greet, request an application by text 410-746-8445.

Patuxent Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a 501C3 non-profit organization that works entirely with volunteers. All proceeds go to our mission to rescue, provide veterinary care, foster and find homes for cats and kittens through donations.
