You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Patches was rescued as a stray kitten from Philadelphia. She is very sweet and enjoys being pet. Patches has been spayed, vaccinated for rabies & FVRCP, microchipped, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. To adopt Patches please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can see Patches at the Newtown Petsmart adoption center located at 2600 S Eagle Rd. Her adoption fee is $175.
