She is 6 months old and was living outside in a box on a woman's porch with her mother, Blinky, and her two 2-week-old sisters, Sassafras and Houdini. Because it was getting too cold outside for her younger sisters to survive, the woman whose porch she was living on reached out for help and one of our fosters took them all in. Patches is a shy girl who prefers observing life from a cozy hiding spot where she can take things in at her own pace. Patches is a gentle spirit and although it may take her a while to warm up to you, once she does, she's affectionate with lots of purrs to go around. Patches is searching for a calm, patient home that understands that building trust takes time and that love doesn't need to be rushed. She would love to be adopted with her mother, Blinky, whom she's never been apart from her entire life. Slow introductions would be needed with cat-savvy children and other pets. <br/><br/>Patches is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. Her adoption fee is $125 or $200 as a pair with Blinky.
