Patch's Story
Hi, I’m Patch. I’m about 6 years old. I was left on the streets to fend for myself and was pretty beat up when CatNIP found me. After several months in foster care, I’m healing well. I am very friendly and sociable and just want to be loved. (I’m a very nice cat…just ask the volunteers!) I get along well with other cats. But, they tell me I am FIV positive, which means I can only be with other FIV positive cats, or in a single cat hosehold. Don’t worry, I can live a long healthy life, despite testing positive and FIV can’t be transmitted to any other species, like people or dogs. I am FeLV negative. And, or course, I’m neutered and am up to date on my shots.
