Patch and Snap's Story
Patch & Snap: Two Brothers, One Forever Home

Patch and Snap have plenty of love to give—and they would really like more people to give it to. These bonded brothers adore attention, love a warm lap, and are happiest when someone has time to play, cuddle, and enjoy their ridiculous antics.

Born December 27, 2025, they’re still kittens—with all the fun that comes with it!** But they’re past the tiny tornado stage, and their personalities have really blossomed. You can already see the wonderful companions they’re becoming: affectionate, playful, funny, and eager to be part of your day. What you see is what you get, and with these two, what you get is pretty great.

Their story started at the city shelter, where they arrived as tiny kittens with their sister, Stitch. Patch was born with a very large abdominal hernia and needed specialized surgery. Rescued Treasures took in all three siblings, got Patch the care he needed, and watched him grow into the affectionate, busy little character he is today. Stitch has since found her home. Now it’s her brothers’ turn.

Patch is our resident wheel enthusiast and a bit of a show off.** He loves strolling on his One Fast Cat wheel—and when someone comes over to watch, he picks up the pace. Apparently, an audience deserves a performance! After everything he went through as a baby, seeing him play, explore, and soak up affection is especially wonderful.

Snap brings the adorable curly-q tail and plenty of kitten energy.** Playful, loving, and always ready for fun, he and Patch spend their days chasing toys, snuggling, and even running side by side on the wheel. Their bond is part of what makes them so special, and they must be adopted together.

Both boys are friendly with other cats, but people are a very big deal to them. They would thrive with a family who wants involved, affectionate companions and has time for daily play and plenty of attention. These boys have so much personality, and they deserve a home where someone gets to enjoy it every day.

Patch’s feeding routine is simple and affordable. He does best with the chicken pâté foods that agree with his sensitive tummy—nothing expensive or complicated. He loves his meals and sometimes lets his enthusiasm get ahead of his stomach! Smaller, more frequent portions have helped, but as he grows, overeating has become less of an issue and he needs less and less help pacing himself. Snap happily shares his brother’s menu, and we’ll walk their adopter through the easy routine that keeps them doing well.

They’ve grown up together, kept each other company while waiting, and have a lifetime of love ahead of them. All that’s missing is a family - and a home where they can stay together.

Ready to meet Patch and Snap?
