Pat Pat's Story

Meet Pat Pat!
This sweet boy absolutely loves pets and affection. He came to us as an owner surrender due to concerns about his eyes. Pat Pat has old, healed ulcers in both eyes. While we're not sure how much this affects his vision, they do seem sensitive at times. Even so, he will still follow movement with his head and will meow softly to let you know he's there.
Pat Pat is such a gentle, loving little guy and incredibly cute, too. He just needs someone willing to take the time to properly care for his eyes and give him all the love he deserves. With the right person, he's sure to blossom into the most devoted companion.

Foothills Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Interested in adopting? We want to make it easy and fun to bring home a new best friend! When you choose an animal you’d like to make part of your family, please fill out an adoption application online at www.foothillshumanesociety.org/adopt Once you do this, our friendly adoption coordinator will spend time reviewing your application to ensure the pet you’ve chosen will be a great fit with your home and lifestyle. Then, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to come meet the animal. Your new pet’s adoption fee will be based primarily on age and species. Our adoption fees are also much less than those at other shelters, even though they are fully vetted, trained and ready to go home. Our adoptions fees are as follows: Dogs age 6 months and older are $80 Puppies under 6 months are $250-$450 Cats age 6 months and older are $30 Kittens under 6 months are $50 (second one FREE) We often hold special promotions when these fees are lowered, waived or adopters ‘name their own fee’ for adoptions. Your adoption fee covers the cost of spay/neuter surgery, testing, vaccinations, and microchipping. Your new pet has received all the love, attention, medications, and veterinary care they need to join their new family!
