Parker & Martin's Story

Meet Parker and Martin

These kittens came to us on October 22nd, at approximately three weeks old. They were in desperate need of rescue, as their mother had been hit and killed by a car a few days previous. I was out of town in West Virginia, and the Lancaster SPCA took them in until I returned home. They gave the kittens names associated with WV, as the SPCA foster was awaiting my return.

Parker and Martin have two other siblings who have already been adopted. This group has been remarkably healthy for what they went through for a few days. Parker is a bob-tailed black male, Martin is a black male. They are happy, active, and playful. They will be old enough to go home towards the end of November.

Our strong preference is for bonded kittens to be adopted in pairs, the advantage being you are guaranteed to have a compatible match. They provide comfort, companionship, and a wrestling partner for each other. In the right situation we will consider applications to adopt them separately, but that condition would be to a home with another cat or a cat-friendly dog.

Our $150 adoption fee covers blood testing, deworming, vaccinations, and spay/neuter. To set up a visit, drop me a note at cherylsferalsandfosters@gmail.com or PM me. If you are considering adopting one or both, please fill out and submit the adoption contract found in The Adoption Process link on my website (cherylsferalsandfosters.com). In the meantime, you can follow their journey on Facebook: Cheryl’s Ferals and Fosters Chat Group. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3).
