Paprika (The Spices litter)'s Story

Meet Paprika — the calm queen with the softest heart and the best manners in the house.

Through no fault of their own, Paprika and her siblings ended up in a rural shelter and on the euthanasia list at just six weeks old, without their mom. Thankfully, they were rescued in time — and Paprika has been quietly grateful ever since. She didn’t rush the glow-up. She observed. She processed. And then she decided humans were worth loving.

Paprika is a chill, composed little lady. While her brothers launch themselves into the air like tiny action heroes, she waits. Patiently. Politely. Watching them burn off their chaos first. And then, when the feather wand slows down just enough — she steps in, elegant and precise, like, “Okay, my turn now.”

The moment you pick Paprika up, she starts purring. Instantly. No warm-up required. She loves cuddles, loves kisses, and yes — she gives kisses back like a refined little professional. She may be shy and reserved at first, but once she trusts you? That’s it. You’re hers. She’ll be all over you, asking for affection, climbing into your arms, and making it very clear when it’s time to be picked up and loved on.

Paprika is a bed sleeper. She believes bedtime is a team activity and prefers to be near you, quietly content, soaking in the closeness. She adores other cats and kittens and is especially bonded with her siblings Nutmeg and Pete, along with her foster friends Hope and Dian. She thrives in good company and brings calm, loving energy wherever she goes.

She is ridiculously soft, stunningly beautiful, and — somehow — incredibly well-mannered for a kitten. Paprika politely allows claw trims, tooth brushing, grooming, and even taking medicine like a seasoned pro. No drama. No complaints. Just trust. She is, without question, the gentlest baby.

Paprika is 6 months old as of Jan 26. She is fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and flea-free. She tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Paprika adores other cats and he particularly likes his siblings and foster buddies Mercedes, Dian, Hope and Coconut and Nutmeg. She is still a kitten and must be adopted with one of her foster buddies or into a home with another kitten or playful young cat. Here is some information about why we have this policy:
http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens.

A pair from the same litter is discounted $25 from each adoption fee.

Check out more photos and videos of Paprika:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/pVFYCeJscpeHu2JeA

If you are interested in meeting Paprika or want to learn more about her please fill out an application here:
http://tinyurl.com/LLARadopt

Questions?
info@littlelivesatl.org
