Papa Sumi's Story

We rescued Papa Sumi from our back yard on August 28, 2025. He was limping, malnourished, abused, and had a mouth infection. His teethe were removed by Cats Only Animal Clinic but that does not stop him from eating his beloved Tiki Cat Mousse (chicken & egg flavor). Papa Sumi would do well in a quiet home with a patient, loving pet parent. He is loving, healthy and fearful though he does love to explore the inside of our house.

Ohio Alley Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to adopt any cat/kitten. A valid state or federal photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, etc.) will be required at the time of adoption. Application and adoption contract forms must be read and filled out completely. You will need to provide a current phone number and email address. Renters must provide either a copy of the lease or a letter from the landlord stating that pets will be allowed. All cats must go home in a proper carrier. Only cash or credit cards will be accepted as payment. We do not accept checks. Credit card payments are made through our website.
