Papa O came in through animal control and was already neutered; he was however not chipped, and no one came to look for him. He is an absolute love bug; he loves everyone he meets; he is doing really well in the free-range cat room where he is making new friends with the other cats, but is now ready to go home and live the life he deserves, he would make a great addition to any family, stop in and meet Papa today, purrhaps you can be his forever.
