Panda

Panda came to us as a feral kitten and has progressed to complete social kitty. She is a small cat at less than 6 lbs and started out with her litter mates who all were adopted. She then shared space with one other cat that she liked then it too was adopted. She then joined a group of 7 and now resides with close to 20 other cats. She does quite well and although she is shy in a group setting and when she first meets someone on a one on one situation she is very affectionate. <br/><br/>Little Panda - she's one of the rescue's longest residents. <br/>She's used to waiting........<br/> waiting for the doors to open so she can enjoy that brief time on the screened in porch, watching the birds, butterflies, the goat and the donkey,<br/><br/> waiting for someone to notice her and give her the quickest of pets and shortest of hugs,<br/><br/> waiting for that special adopter to see how wonderful she is. <br/> <br/>Panda doesn't beg for pets, doesn't crowd your legs waiting to be picked up - but when you notice her and reach down to gather her up, she just melts into you.<br/><br/>What would make Panda happy?<br/> A quiet room in your home where she can decompress and become comfortable.<br/> Maybe a few weeks to get used to her new home - she's lived a long time in the rescue - she'll need time.<br/> Just that one person to look at her a second time and see the little gem that she is. <br/><br/>Help us give her that chance!
