Meet Pancake - The Soft Spoken Sister<br/><br/>Pancake is 11-years old, and had a rough start in life. She was one of 10 kittens who escaped a fire in Twisp when she was 5 months old and was rescued right before the snow started. Pancake had a home set up, but it fell through at the last minute so he was brought to ORH to live in the small community we have here to be safe from predators. She spends most of her time relaxing in the catio and cuddling with her sister, Buttermilk.<br/><br/>Pancake is part of a bonded pair with Buttermilk, who is her only living littermate, so they need to be placed in a home together. If you can’t find her when cleaning, look around and you will usually find them together with Pancake being nurtured by her sister. Pancake has had some health issues and doesn’t have many teeth left, so she needs to have access to wet food. She is very calm and reserved, and likes to spend time cuddled up with her sister. She may be shy but she's very polite and will ask for belly rubs when she’s ready but doesn’t like to be picked up. She may not like to be touched very often, but will always inform you about her day using little chirps and chatters while you make your morning coffee.<br/><br/>Pancake is up to date on all of her vaccines, microchipped, and weighed 8.5 lbs at her last check up.
