Pam's Story

dob 4/4/24

Maybe it’s just the shape of her eyes, but Pam sometimes looks worried, possibly about why it has taken so long for a pretty cat like her to find a home. The skittish cat we rescued from a property overrun with cats and placed in a TC Paw foster home is now a gentle, quiet, attention-loving, purring girl who will follow you and circle your legs softly for you to pet her. She loves a head scratch and a long stroke down her back and along her tail, where you can feel a little kink, possibly from a long-ago injury. She’ll sleep with you at night. Though she lived outdoors before, Pam now likes the warmth, food, and comfort of the indoor life. Like many cats whose life began outdoors, Pam can still be startled by quick movements. Just move slowly when you reach to pet her, and she’ll soon purr, stretch, and push her head into your hand. She’s a good eater, and she uses her scratcher and litter box as she should. Though Pam gets along with other adult cats, she’d be happiest if she didn’t have to share your attention with other cats. Or maybe just one, like Molly, her sister who came in with her. Check Molly’s page too.

If you are interested in adopting this TC Paw cat or would like to set up a meet-and-greet, please complete the

Pre-adoption Application

.
