Ozzy's Story

Ozzy is a handsome brown tabby/bengal mix male. This fellow is 4 years old and sports a brown/gold coat of tiger stripes and bengal spots with some white fur on his face and underside. His large polydactyl front paws add to his charm as he reaches them out to get your attention. He is outgoing, friendly, lively and very affectionate, purring up a storm the minute he gets some attention. Ozzy was surrendered to PFC when his previous owner realized he was not compatible with the other cat in the household. He has a history of anemia and is on steroids to control this. We have not been able to identify the cause of his anemia and will likely have to remain on steroids throughout his life. Ozzy is neutered, up to date on his shots and microchipped. He is available for a local long-term foster situation, where you supply the home, food and love while PFC takes care of his medication and vet visits.

To meet Ozzy at PFC you must have an application on file with us and been pre-approved to adopt a cat. Our adoption hours are intended for pre-approved adopters. An application for pre-approval to adopt can be picked up at the shelter during adoption hours or sent by email to be filled out and brought in. Once you have been pre-approved, you are welcome to come to the shelter during adoption hours to be shown the cats.
