I've got a big personality, a bigger heart, and just a few quirks that make me unforgettable. I came to Wild Blue Cats when my previous home wasn't the right fit for me. I didn't feel comfortable around the boyfriend or the dog. Because of that, I'm looking for a calm, understanding home where I can feel safe and build trust at my own pace. I tend to do best with women, older children, and a quieter environment. Little kids and most dogs aren't really my thing. Although, I may be okay with the right laid-back cat companion, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures.<br/>I can be a bit shy and timid at first. But if you give me a slow, gentle approach, I'll show you just how sweet and loving I am. Once I trust you, I lean into pets, purr like a motor, and even love being held like a baby. I'm also known to sneak in for snuggles and rub against you for attention when you least expect it! I am very food motivated! It's the fastest way to my heart! I'm currently on a special Z/D diet (both wet and dry) due to food sensitivities, so I'll need a family committed to keeping me on track. That said... if there's human food nearby, I will absolutely try to claim it as my own. Counters, boxes, drawers, you name it, I'll investigate it. Keeping food secure is a must with me around! I also have a playful, mischievous side. I love spring toys, crinkle balls, wand toys! I enjoy climbing up high on cat trees, lounging on soft blankets, and scratching away on mats. I don't mind being brushed, which helps keep me looking my best.<br/>Because I can get overstimulated at times, I appreciate having my own space when I need a break. My favorite spot lately in snuggled under a pile of blankets. A patient cat savvy adopter who understands cat body language will help me feel secure and respected.
