Ozzie (fka Jess)'s Story
Ozzie is a large, floofy, sweet cat. He currently finds the world a little overwhelming. Right now, he is not the world's most confident cat. He is timid and wants someone to reassure him that life is okay. But, at only 3 years old, he has lots of time to grow into his confidence!<br/><br/>He does enjoy playing with wand toys, though he can be a bit hesitant at first. He also gets along with chill cats, and has even made a friend in his room.<br/><br/>Some things to know about Oz:<br/><br/>- Ozzie did have some urinary crystals and some behavioral issues that are most likely related to stress in his life when he arrived at HART. <br/>- We have switched him to our wet food-only diet and placed on some medication to help him relax.<br/>- He will need a home where he can feel confident and safe. This means no homes with lots of activity or changing variables.<br/><br/>Our medical team would like his adopter to be familiar with male cats and urinary issues.
