Otter is pure love wrapped up in a mini panther suit. He adores every person and dog he meets, and deserves a family who will love him back just as much. At about 3 years old he has already been abandoned twice, but thankfully a good samaritan who has kept an eye on him over the years stepped in and brought him to us on Christmas. Now Otter is ready to find his real furever family, who he will shower with affection every chance he gets. This boy is full of confidence and ready to take on any new home environment, but he is not a big fan of other cats. Dogs, however, he will be best friends with!
