Found with a severe neck wound in Costa Rica. <br/>Otis is a young male cat, approx 2 years old, who has overcome so much and is now ready to start his next chapter.<br/>He came into care with a severe neck wound, likely from a burn, and was painfully underweight. But with weeks of medical treatment, gentle love, and good food, Otis has made a full recovery. His fur has grown back beautifully, he’s regained his strength, and his sweet, affectionate personality has truly blossomed.<br/>Otis is a cuddle bug through and through—he loves climbing into laps, purring contentedly, and soaking up all the affection he can get. He’s neutered, litter box trained, and now in excellent health. <br/><br/>Health Info:<br/>Otis has tested Negative for FeLV (feline leukemia) and positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). FIV cannot be transmitted to humans or other species, and many FIV+ cats live long, healthy lives.
