Otis was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation where dozens of unfixed cats were living in overcrowded, unsanitary conditions. Thankfully, we were able to step in just in time to rescue his mama and her newborn babies. Thanks to the love and dedication of an amazing foster family, Otis<br/>has grown into a healthy, happy kitten and is now ready to find his forever home.<br/><br/><br/>Otis is the life of the party!
