Otis was rescued from a Santa Fe Springs neighborhood. He had a condition called Entropion, where his eyelids rolled inward, very painful. However, he's had corrective surgery and now he can see perfectly!! Because he's been in pain most of his life he's a little shy. NO biting or hissing, just needs some TLC (like us).
