Otho Fenlock's Story
Meet Otho
Intake: October 13, 2025
DOB: ~ October 2020 (approx. 5 years old)

Otho was rescued by none other than Southside Sandi—and while he appeared quite healthy at intake, we soon discovered that a tiny lesion on the bridge of his nose was actually ringworm. Unfortunately, the fungus didn’t keep to itself and spread to a few of our residents.

However, with perseverance, diligent cleaning protocols, topical and oral medications, and oodles of determination, Otho successfully cleared the infection after 2½ months and is now completely ringworm-free!

Otho loves to talk—and much like the character he was named after, he truly relishes time spent in the spotlight. He’s outgoing, confident, and always making sure he gets his fair share of attention. Otho enjoys following us around and being right in the middle of whatever is happening.

Like his namesake from Beetlejuice, Otho looks fabulous in black and white—though he clearly sees the world in full technicolor. He has no issues with other cats and seems to be universally liked by everyone he meets.

Otho is going to make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a true buddy or sidekick. This boy deserves a home where he can be adored, doted on, and unapologetically spoiled as the center of attention.
