Oscar's Story

I’m Oscar and I am a 10 year old ragdoll mix. I know I’m an older guy, but I’m perfectly healthy and still playful! I like sitting on laps for as long as you will let me, and I like being brushed. I’m a big fan of wet food and treats too. Because I’m an older guy I’m set in my ways. I need a home without children or large/loud dogs. I am wary of men but if you are slow and calm I will allow a few pets. I need to be indoor only now that I’m older. I lived on the streets for a long time and now I am really enjoying being an indoor cat and sleeping on my foster mom’s bed with her at night. I get along well with other cats and the resident cats at my foster home accepted me quickly. I would also be fine as an only cat. This application requests information regarding current and past pets, members of the household, a veterinarian reference, personal references, and advises that a home visit may be performed to ensure a good fit between the cats and potential adopters.
