Oscar's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oscar was found trapped in a garbage bend. He had been there for awhile because you see all his bones. Since being in rescue he has gained his weight back and made himself right at home. He loves sleeping on my bed and being rubbed. I don’t think his former home ever played with him because he was confused by cat toys. He is gorgeous medium hair blue cat with the most mesmerizing yellow eyes. He is tall and sleek...could have been a super model. Although he is ok with my other cats I think he would prefer to be the only one. He gets a little bossy with my older cats but really liked the foster kitten Presley. He has been completely vetted and combo tested negative. He is believed to be around 1-2 yrs old.

Please go online and do our online adoption application. After that, you will be contacted by one of our area (Traid, Triangle or Coastal) adoption directors to process your application if you are approved. Applications can be denied for various reasons, and in other cases sometimes based on application, directors may recommend a different pet that may be a fit if another is pending adoption, or personalities do not seem to match. Our goal is to find out pets forever homes, and we are not a first come first serve rescue. We choose families based on the need of the animal.
