Oscar's Story
Meet Oscar, Male DLH / Maine Coon like mix, approx. 1 year old. Brown tabby. Super affectionate. Very playful and curious. And a very silly (I’m young!). This sweet boy was discovered hanging out at a community cat colony in search of food. After several weeks, no owner was ever found. He was likely abandoned by previous owners. He was quite skinny and had likely been on his own for
a while. One night, a kind person took him in to find him a good loving home. He was ready to get out of there and start on a better life! Now named Oscar.
Oscar is OK around the foster’s 55 lb. dog. He is always ready to play, but is a little too energetic for the fosters older cats. With proper introduction, he should do find with younger cats closer to his own age. Children unknown at this time. He knows all the “cat things” like litter box, scratching posts, cat trees, comfy blankets and TOYS! Loves his tunnel, his fishing pole with a feathered lure, and foam balls bounced off of things! He really wants a home with people who can dedicate lots of time with him, with lots of love and attention.
$100 adoption fee. Neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FeLv blood test neg., and micro chipped. If interested in meeting him, please submit on-line adoption application at: www.petsamaritan.org
Contact: (801) 870-9093 Text: (801) 796-2660
Email: petsamaritan@gmail.com
