Oscar's Story
Oscar is a handsome mostly black boy with a tiny patch of white on his chest and a personality made for family life. He has been raised in a home filled with other cats, dogs, children, and plenty of activity, so he is already accustomed to sharing his world with both people and pets.

Oscar does wonderfully with other cats, genuinely loves dogs, and is fantastic around children. The kids can even carry him around, which says a lot about his trusting, easygoing personality. He enjoys human interaction and is a very personable boy who wants to be part of what his family is doing.

Unfortunately, Oscar’s owner is going through a divorce and can no longer keep her cats. This means Oscar must leave the home he knows through no fault of his own.

Thankfully, his social and adaptable nature makes him a wonderful candidate for many types of homes. Oscar would be especially appealing to a family worried about introducing a new cat to children or existing pets. He already knows how wonderful family life can be—now he just needs a new family to continue it.
