Oscar's Story

Oscar was rescued when someone reached out to us to let us know about an injured cat. He was a friendly guy that they had been feeding who sustained a big gash in his armpit. We took him to the vet where he was cleaned up, given antibiotics, neutered, and vaccinated. Now he's resting and recovering safely with our foster.

He's a young fellow, somewhere around 10-12 months old. He's lovey and likes to snuggle and play, but tends to get a little cranky around the foster's other cats. He may do best as the only cat in his new home. His wound is healing and the fur is growing back, but he needs a little more time to recover. There are no anticipated medical complications but we're taking pre-adoption applications at this time. All he needs now is a place to call his own.

If you're interested in meeting Oscar, you can start the process by filling out our online application.
