He has figured out where they are kept and Orzo knows how to get them. He's a curious and smart cookie. Orzo enjoys watching bird videos and cat TV. He likes to hang out on the cat tree and in little cubbies. Orzo follows his foster momma around and would love a human to bond with forever. Would that be you?
