Orvella's Story

Orvella, now 10 weeks old, is adorable as ever with her chunky tummy, pointy ear tufts, and those cheeks. (ugh. we love her.)

Friends of Felines plucked her out of the corner of a dusty crawlspace when she was around 4 weeks old. At her foster home, she was introduced to other foster kittens who adore her, and who she adores back. Even though she's younger than Lil Lady and Rocco and Alabaster Frankie, she keeps up with them when they're playing and joins/instigates their snuggle piles. (Ok also: One of her go-to moves when playing is flopping on her back and doing little rolls while making her cute little squeaks.)

Orvella loves her wet food and loves being on her human whether that means in their lap or on their shoulder as they do chores around the house.

She would not be happy as the only cat in a household.

~

All cats and kittens adopted through Friends of Felines are spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies shots (if old enough).

If you'd like to meet baby Orvella, see our adoption process below:

1) Fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofelines.org/adopt
2) Meet with the cat in their foster home
3) If you and the cat are a match then we will set a take home date 1-7 days after the meeting depending on schedules.

** We are not able to hold cats for a particular family longer than about 7 days, unless the cat is available for pre-adoption which will be noted on their profile. Please wait to apply until you are ready to take a cat home. **

We are a completely foster-based nonprofit rescue run by volunteers. We do this work out of love?
