Ortan's Story

Meet Ortan, a handsome 1-year-old boy who came to us alongside his buddies, Rhea and Uso, after life as a stray. While Ortan is still learning to trust people, there's a gentle presence about him that makes you want to sit quietly nearby and let him come to you in his own time. Ortan isn't the type to demand attention or be the life of the party, he's more of a thoughtful observer. He's taking baby steps toward feeling safe and comfortable, and with a patient, understanding adopter, we know he'll continue to blossom. A calm and predictable home will help him feel secure, and older, respectful children would be the best fit for his personality. He may also benefit from having a friendly, confident cat companion to help show him the ropes and remind him that love and comfort are waiting just around the corner. Ortan may be a bit of a wallflower now, but with your kindness and care, he could be the quiet companion you've been looking for, one who will reward your patience with deep trust and quiet affection. If adoption isn't in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Ortan's profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!
