Oreo came from a feral cat colony along with his brother Oliver. Nervous and unsure at first, Oreo is trying so hard to be brave and trusting! He reaches out for pets and joins the other fosters in games and play. Quiet and very observant of goings on, he will blossom in a home of his own.
