DOB: 05/03/2018 - Date in Rescue: 02/12/2023. Hi, I'm Oreo! I lived with a nice lady and some other cats. Our mom, who rescued us from the streets, wasn't feeling well. She couldn't care for us properly, so she reached out for some help. We miss her so much. If you are looking for a lap cat, I'm your boy!! I am VERY shy but once I warm up, LOOK OUT. My favorite time of the time is getting snuggles. Sometimes I am afraid to have my paws touched or picked up but I'm not too bad. I'm good with other cats and dogs as long as I have my space but would love to be the only one so I can have all the attention.

Dos Rios Resque's Adoption Policy

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in private residences. Once an applicant is approved to adopt, we can schedule a meet & greet. Applicants must be of age to sign a legal contract. A home visit may be required as part of the application process.

We provide a safe and comfortable place for animals in transition to decompress and recuperate if necessary before going on to their furever home. We are registered as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS and as a Charitable Organization with the State of Tennessee, CO41159.
