Ophelia (tripod)'s Story

Meet Ophelia! Ophelia lived her first 3 years of life outside before coming into our care. She was a very sweet girl the moment she came into her foster home - she is SO happy to be an indoor kitty now! She is very loving, affectionate, and easy going. She is a fantastic companion and would make any family very happy!

As of March 25th 2026, Ophelia is 3 weeks post-op from having her back left leg amputated due to a previous injury she endured prior to coming Into our care. Ophelia has recovered beautifully and will be ready for in-person meet and greets early to mid-April. Ophelia gets around great without her leg - much better than before! She does not need any help getting around, using the bathroom, grooming, or eating. Though, it is important to keep in mind that Ophelia may need adaptive help like stairs in the future.

Interested in meeting sweet Ophelia?
