Ophelia

Hi, I'm Ophelia (named after The Fate of Ophelia!) I'm a skinny little tabby with a raccoon tail and huge eyes that will keep watch on you. I am just learning to accept affection so please go slowly with me. I talk a lot and will squawk and squeak to demand treats. I might whine just a little to try to get my way. I like being brushed but please be gentle, it's new to me. I like head and nose pets. I don't play much yet but when I get catnip I become EXTRA chatty. I don't like to have unexpected pets, especially on my sides and butt and I easily get a bit overwhelmed with attention. I need someone who can read my body language and respect my boundaries. Because of this, a home with kids 13+ is ideal for me. If you can let me be me and be patient while I get used to you, I am ready to be your special girl. I hope my fate lies with you!
