Ophelia's Story

Ophelia (estimated DOB June/July) was rescued from the outdoors. She was recently adopted by humans who loved her and a grumpy resident kitty who didn't. As much as her family tried to make it work, it just wasn't the right fit, so she's again available for adoption and we're committed to finding the perfect forever home with someone who will give her plenty of playtime and attention.

Ophelia is playful, affectionate, and friendly. She LOVES her people and is a pro snuggler. She likes chasing string toys and watching the world from a window in between naps. She seems curious about other kitties but a bit timid--with the right patient introduction she could probably make new kitty friends, but she'd probably also be happy as an only cat basking in her humans' undivided attention.

She's spayed and fully vaccinated, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Ophelia is being fostered in the Highlandtown neighborhood of Baltimore City. She is not part of Walter Rescue and is being listed here as a courtesy; please email eharty@gmail.com if you are interested in adopting or go ahead and fill out an adoption application (link is not clickable, you'll need to copy/paste): https://forms.gle/vNcYHacNwsQZG5i88 An adoption fee will be required.
