Onyx & Phoenix - Bonded Pair's Story

Purrrrrrrfect pair available for adoption!

Onyx (black/male) and Phoenix (orange tabby/female) are not littermates, but they have formed quite the bond with each other in their foster home! They are both around six months old (Onyx is just a couple weeks older than Phoenix). They are healthy bundles of joy—spayed and neutered, fully vaccinated, negative for FIV & Feline Leukemia, and ready for adoption!

Phoenix came to us at less than four weeks old after a good Samaritan "bought" her from a guy selling kittens out of a backpack for $10. She chose to buy Phoenix because she looked sick. Thankfully, one of our awesome veterinarian's employees took care of Phoenix through those crucial first weeks until she was a thriving, healthy, active kitten! Along came Onyx, who was just a bit older and bigger, and they've been having a party ever since!

They love doing everything together—eating, cuddling, playing, bathing each other--and even using the litter box together!

Phoenix is very curious and social. She has a loud purr that rarely stops. She enjoys being petted and snuggling...but is also very intent on lots of play time. She loves tackling Onyx, even though he's bigger than she is.

Onyx is an absolute sweetheart. He's more cautious than Phoenix. He enjoys snuggle time—he even lays on his back in your lap for a massage. He loves to play with his toys and wrestle with his sister.

They have met dogs in the foster home and do well with dogs that are cat friendly. They don't enjoy being chased by them, but that's fair!

If you would like to adopt this most perfect duo, please copy/paste the link below into your internet browser to submit an application:

https://form.jotform.com/50488470409157
