This girl. She needs a very special person and I need your help finding them. Because she tries. She sits in her cage at the adoption events and hollers at everyone. But she has yet to capture someone's heart. <br/><br/>This silly lady is quite quirky and has some fairly specific mannerisms that her perfect person will need to not only understand, but hopefully find them as endearing as her foster mom does. Someone who is adept at reading cat body language will be a great fit.<br/><br/>Special Kitty Spotlight:<br/><br/>This is Olive. She is social, sweet, friendly, chatty, affectionate and playful. Usually. She loves people and she loves being the absolute QUEEN of the house. But she is sensitive to stress and overstimulation. So she requires a slow introduction to new environments and new animals. <br/>This adorable diva is so silly. She is a HUGE foodie (treats, dry food, wet food, yes please!) She loves to hang out with her people. She enjoys cat nip mice and will toss them in the air with her own paws so she can chase them She is fairly chill most of the time, and is the perfect body double or couch potato pal. She is slightly rolly polly (see afore mentioned affinity for snacks ) and is very silly and sweet.<br/>She may sometimes send you signals that she needs a break from being petted. If you miss her signals, she may give you a small nip. I call them love nips But you can look up "petting induced overstimulation jackson gallaxy" for an example and tips. She may show her belly, but she does not actually want to be touched. This means she wants a feather wand or toy, not your hand. But when she is affectionate, she will lay right next to you and rest her chin on your lap.
