One of his favorite pastimes is watching the world go by through the window, he takes his “officer duties” very seriously! Officer Noggin is also quite vocal and loves to chat, whether he’s asking for attention or sharing his thoughts about the day. Officer Noggin is FIV-positive, which simply means he has a weaker immune system and should live an indoor-only life. FIV-positive cats can live long, happy, normal lives and do just as well as any other cat in a loving home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you company, talk back, and return your patience with lots of affection, Officer Noggin may be the perfect match for you. Indoor Only!
