Each potential adopter must fill out and submit our application - it is at this online address: https://www.cognitoforms.com/ECHA2/AdoptionApplication Potential adopters can visit the pet at the foster home. We make sure that cats are spayed/neuters, have all of their shots, have had a checkup with the vet, and are friendly and ready to be placed in a good home. Our board decides if the potential adopter will provide an acceptable home for our cats.
