Two feral mamas turned out to be females who gave birth to 7 Kittens. We just need to find home for her babies!

I thought we may be able to keep one or two out of the Colony, but a very shy one was brought back to us so now there are three. My partner, a cat lover, has been couphing and sneezing since we've let the kitties have full run of the house. Previously they went from the crate to the bathroom with a little play time in the house between feedings. I believe that three Kitties are too many and we may not even be able to keep any if in fact he is alergic. I wish we had a porch, but our house is very small. We are hoping to find homes for at least one or two of the remaining Colony.

Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes):

Ocean is a leader type cat. He taught all the others how to play ball and seems to be the main kitty all others look up to. He is very independent but likes to be stroked on his time. He’s very smart and loving and will make a very loyal pet. I’d guess he’d be the one you could teach to flush the toilet, do tricks, and take on walks. He was instrumental in getting each of his siblings socialized and ready for their forever homes.

Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): Toys, food

What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): I mix half Wet and half Dry food and now leaning toward more soft food after learning they need that in their diets.

:::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too! Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this).

:::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood

IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT:
1) Please show up with a cat carrier
2) Small adoption fee of: $20
3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well
4) Please show up with your Driver's License.
5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine)

*Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you.

Call/text me if interested in this kitty: 386-216-9519
