Oat's Story

Meet Oat!

Oat is a gentle kitten who came into rescue from a shelter up north with her mama, Amaranth, and her siblings, Barley, Buckwheat, and Rye.

Oat is a shy and gentle soul, but she enjoys occasional pets from her foster parents. More than anything, Oat loves spending quality time with her siblings! She loves nothing more than playing tag and wresting with her siblings and mama.

Oat has been fostered in an adult only home with no dogs. Due to her reserved nature, Oat would do best in a home with older children that respect her space. It is unknown how she is with dogs. Oat needs to be adopted to a home with another kitten or young, friendly cat to help her continue to build her confidence. Consider adopting her with her brother, Barley, her sister, Rye, or her mama, Amaranth!

Adopting a cat from our rescue includes several important health services. The adoption fee of $175 per kitten covers spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV testing, and age-appropriate vaccinations to ensure the health and well-being of the cat.
