My name is Nyla. I am a female domestic short haired calico cat. I am about 2 years old. My kittens (OIive, Oscar & Oliver) and I were rescued from East Chicago, IN. I have been spayed, vaccinated, FELV/FIV tested (negative to both) and microchipped. I am a very nosey girl. I like to check things out, and I really love sitting in the window watching the birds and other animals. I have a very playful nature and like all kinds of toys. Wand toys are my personal favorites! I am not a lap cat but will come and sit by you when you call my name. I am friendly and affectionate but am not a fan of tummy rubs. I love to mother kittens who are not mine. I would prefer to be an only cat or share my home with a laid-back kitty who does not have a strong personality. A home that is mellow and quiet. No drama for me, please! If you are looking to adopt an all-around sweetheart kitty, I would be a purrfect choice!
