Nutmeg's Story

Nutmeg is a mostly white calico with a beautiful long tail and a heart full of affection. She absolutely loves snuggling under blankets with her sisters and often sleeps completely stretched out, fully relaxed and trusting. Belly rubs are her specialty — she welcomes them and will reward you with gentle love nibbles.
When she’s playing or feeling excited, Nutmeg can be adorably chatty. Her favorite toys are the simple things in life, especially pull tabs from milk cartons, which she’ll happily chase and pounce on. Like her sisters, she can be a bit shy around new people at first, but she quickly blossoms with gentle, soft-spoken humans who make her feel safe.
She enjoys climbing cat trees and bird-watching from a sunny window perch. Nutmeg gets along well with other cats and would also do nicely with calm, respectful dogs. Sweet, affectionate, and playful, she’s the perfect mix of cuddly and fun.
