Paul the cat guy Inc is an all-volunteer 501(c) (3) non-profit rescue group dedicated to all aspects of cat rescue in New York City. We specialize in trap, neuter and return of feral cats, kitten and adult cat rescue and adoption, and pulling from kill shelters in the area. We rely entirely on donations to continue our work...
