Nova's Story

Nova is a 6-month-old kitten with the most gentle, soulful little face. She is the last of her litter, and after spending most of her young life in rescue (four months), she is still patiently waiting for a home to call her own.

Nova can be shy when meeting new people, and because of that, she’s been overlooked. But once she warms up — and it truly doesn’t take long — her beautiful personality shines through. She becomes a confident, curious, playful, and loving girl who just needed someone to give her a chance.

Nova loves all things cozy. A soft blanket, a sunny window, or a warm lap are her favorite places to relax. While she doesn’t love being picked up, she shows her affection in the sweetest ways — staying close by, keeping you company, and even greeting her foster at the door when she comes home.

She has a playful, curious side too. “Nova the Explorer,” because she must investigate every new box, bag, or change in her surroundings. She enjoys chasing toys, leaping around, and entertaining herself, and she does well with both dogs and cats, happily playing or cuddling with them when they’re willing.

Nova is spayed, microchipped, combo tested, dewormed, and current on vaccines.

She has spent months watching others get chosen. Now it’s Nova’s turn to finally be someone’s baby.

Cat application: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/41345/generic
