Norman's Story

Norman is a handsome fellow who is finally ready for a home of his own. This little guy was found trying to survive on his own in rural Berks Co. No mother or other kittens were around and it truly was Normie's lucky day when he was rescued. He was severely malnourished and his first week in foster care was challenging. With the help our vet and lots of supportive care, Norman is now a thriving kitten. When he was rescued, one other thing was obvious about Normie, too, his will to survive. It's almost as if he knew not to give up because there's a wonderful family out there who will adore him!

Norman is a snuggler. He enjoys lap time, being held and cuddled. He has a very loud purr, but a quiet, squeaky meow and he loves to have conversations. He is timid around new people, but don't be fooled. Give him a little patience at first and once he settles in, he will be the best company. There are times during the day when all he wants is to be held. These times alternate between lap time and play time. Norman's favorite toys are anything that he's curious about. He loves a laser pointer, feather wand toy but also any little thing he can bat around and chase after.

Norman has been in a foster home with 2 other foster kittens and adult cats. He gets along with everyone, but especially loves to play chase and wrestle with the other foster kittens. He would be a good choice for an energetic lonely kitten or cat.

Norman is about 5 months old (12/2022), neutered, up to date with yearly vaccinations, tested negative for Feline Leukemia, wormed and flea treated.

For more information about Norman, please email Lori at apcatrescue@gmail.com. He'll be waiting!
