In my early teens, I may be old but I am one of two incredibly loved senior cats (my sister is Zara), who have known nothing but a warm home and a family that adored them. Sadly, our family moved back to Syria and could not take us—heartbreaking for the family and us both. I am a fluffy, golden cloud with a chirp for every bird I see. I adore belly rubs, brushing sessions (check out my beautiful golden locks!), and curling up in a sunny spot to purr the day away. I am ready for retirement, but will not stop shining radiance and light into your home and heart! I would thrive in any home where I can spend my golden years in comfort, snoozing in my favorite beds, soaking up gentle attention, and knowing I am safe and loved. 1. Submit Application (We review the application.) 2. Interview- A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative will have a phone interview with the protentional adopter. 3. Home Check- We require home visits. We make sure the home is fit for a cat. We want to make sure there is no danger to the cat. 4. Greet and Meet- They can meet the pet once we have done a home visit. This can happen during the home visit as well. 5. Approve Application- The adopter must be approved to finalize the adoption. 6. Sign Adoption Contract and pay adoption fee 7. Take the Pet Home- A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative will drop the pet to their forever home or the adopter can pick up from foster home.
