Noggin's Story

Noggins estimated birthday is August 16, 2023, and he's a handsome DSH mix. He may be a little shy at first, but once he trusts you, he's all in. Noggin does well with other cats and would be happy in a home with respectful kids. He hasn't been around dogs, so were not sure how he feels about canine friends. Noggin is litterbox trained, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He has been at the SPCA of East Texas for almost THREE YEARS. That's far too long for a sweet boy like Noggin to wait for a family of his own. SPCA of East Texas's Adoption Policy

Adoption Requirements: All animals in your home MUST be spayed/neutered (absent medical reason). All animals in your home MUST have current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella vaccinations. All dogs in your home MUST be on continuous heartworm prevention. Adopters MUST be at least 21 years old. Larger breed dogs MUST have a fenced yard to allow for proper exercise. 3 Easy Steps: 1. Complete an Adoption Application online. 2. The Adoption Counselor will reach out to you by phone or email. 3. Once your application is approved, a Meet & Greet will be set up for you to meet the pet(s) at our office Tuesday – Saturday.
