Merry Chris--wait, it's not December anymore, huh? Hello, in that case! My name is Noel, and I'm a 4 month old tortoiseshell girl. I heard that my name is actually the French word for Christmas, which is super elegant, like me! Okay, maybe I'm a little goofy sometimes when I get distracted by a toy or playing with my siblings, but I'm still a sweet little girl. I do like it when people pet me, and I am so ready to get out of this shelter and on with my awesome kitty cat life with a furever family all my own! I wouldn't mind sharing them with one of my siblings (Joy, Drummer, or Herald) if you want them to come home with you, too.

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
