Ninja's Story

Ninja is a very affectionate cat rescued from a backyard in Rochester, NY near the Seneca Park Zoo in August 2023. He was visiting the yard for food and attention for about 8 months and wanted to come in the house but the older female cat didn't want him inside. After being rescued and neutered, vaccinated, and vet-checked, Ninja became a much calmer guy! He loves cuddles and attention, sits on laps and purrs, and asks for plenty of love. He needs to be adopted together with his ladylove Pumpkin, a beautiful spayed black-and-orange tortoiseshell female cat born in spring 2023 and rescued from a house of abandoned cats. Ninja needs a calm indoor environment with no other pets except his friend Pumpkin. He also needs warm and consistent attention from people who help cats feel secure and safe. (No children, please, as Ninja reacts poorly to surprises and commotion.) Pumpkin, Ninja's closest friend who is bonded to him, needs to be adopted with Ninja, as the two cats love each other and give each other much comfort and support.
