Ninja's Story

Ninja started out cautious of humans. He was brought into a spay/neuter clinic with 5 other kitties for TNR (trap, neuter, return) but the staff at the clinic felt they were still socializable and pulled them into rescue.

Ninja has discovered just how wonderful people can be. He loves cuddles, being picked up for snuggles, and hopping on laps for playtime and pets. He has grown into a bold and brave boy who wants to be right in the middle of all the action. After a very brief period of uncertainty, he loves exploring his environment and has a playful, curious personality.

After graduating from the "Learning to Like People Academy," Ninja was moved in with the group of resident cats at the clinic who he acclimated to quickly and easily. Ninja will need a kitty friend in his forever home.
Being in a clinic setting, Ninja has seen dogs come and go and has remained cautious and hesitant about them. But, his personality is calm and he would likely adjust well to a cat-friendly dog in his home.
He's never been around children but would probably love them.

Ninja has spent his life: outside struggling for survival, then in a shelter, then in a veterinary clinic, now at PetSmart...he is ready to find the plush comforts of his own forever home!

*Please note that most of our kitties will only be adopted out in pairs or to a home with an existing cat or furry companion--depending upon what is best for them.

If you are interested in adopting Ninja, you can find our Adoption Application and more information about our adoption process at http://www.kittycrusaide.org/adopt.

Kitty CrusAIDe's Adoption Policy
All of our adoptable pets will be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations, including rabies if applicable, de-wormed, and microchipped, PRIOR to adoption. Our adoption fee is $150 for a single kitten and $225 for a pair of kittens. If you find a feline friend that you'd be interested in learning more about please visit our website at www.kittycrusaide.org to submit an application. All of our animals are in private foster homes so our adoption process is 100% online. First your application will be screened and a short 15-20 minute phone interview will take place. Then one or several virtual meet & greets will be set up to introduce you to kittens that you're interested in and we feel may be a good fit for your home. A virtual home check will take place before bringing your kitten(s) home to ensure everything is safe and set-up for them. Finally, you'll bring home your new best friend! Our cats/kittens are not "first come, first serve" and forever homes are always chosen based on the best fit for each animal.
